Resume Share

'Share My Resume' indicates that GTSC-TS can discuss and share your resume with a potential employer. This can include providing your personally-identifiable information (PII) to the employer. Your information will not be shared or made available for any purpose other than potential employment.

'Keep My Resume Private' means just that: ... your resume and its information can only be viewed by GTSC-TS staff. Your resume will not be shared with any potential employer except as a sanitized profile without any of the following provided to an prospective employer: no personally-identifiable information (PII), no names of previous employers, and no names of schools attended will be provided. We use profiles to confirm that you may be of interest.

Regardless of share type, you will be contacted quarterly to determine your current status.

Your resume will be reviewed and kept on file by GTSC-TS. Depending upon your choice of status, your resume will be shareable with external recruiting organizations or will be kept in private.

When your resume is private, GTSC-TS may share a sanitized profile of your resume to a prospective employer: no personally-identifiable information (PII), no names of previous employers, and no names of schools attended will be provided.

GTSC-TS will contact you to receive your permission to share your resume with a specific potential employer --- if your resume is listed as private.

GTSC-TS is a U.S. corporate entity. We are not a GDPR-regulated (EU) recruiting organization. We do recognize your concerns and believe our privacy policy should easily meet your needs and concerns.
